First, hyungbae is a thing that you put on the back of the officer's uniform. There are two kinds of them. One is a pheonix picture hyungbae which is for the civil officer and one is the tiger shaped hyungbae which is for the military officers. They usually start with one animal, but develop to two animals as they get carriers. 

Second is about 6 ministries. There used to be 6 ministries street in front of the Gyungbokgung palace. 6 ministries contain Yee Ho Ye Byung Hyeong Gong and all of them has their own parts. In Joseon, there were 6 ministries, but now there are 18 ministries in Korea.
