l am Eunseo Song and l will explain about kimchi.l went permanent exhibition hall, in national folk museum.lt shows the clothing, food, and houses during the four seasons of Korea. l saw the procedure of making kinchi.Kimchi is most famous food of Korea.We need many ingredients to make them.For example, we need Chinese cabbage, radish, cucumber, leek, and sesame leaves.When we make it, first we have to soak the chinese cabbage in salt water until it is softened.Once it is salted, rinse the cabbage three times in cold water. Then, pack the cabbage with various ingredients, and wrap it, with the outher leaves, and store kimchi in a pot. l proud of my country, Korean. When l get to know about kimchi, I thought it is very great food. All of this reasons, l recommend you to try kimchi. Thank you for listening. |
