Hello, my name is Mingwan. Today, I would like to tell you about Chiljido (Ä¥Áöµµ).
Chiljido is a sword that has seven branches. It was made in Baekje a long time ago, and it shows Baekje¡¯s delicate craftsmanship. It was not made for fighting people; it was a ceremonial sword.
One day in the 4th century, the Baekje crown prince sent it to the Japanese king as a gift, not as a tribute. Chiljido is special because it also has golden inscriptions that explain when and why it was sent from Baekje to Japan.
I think Chiljido should be designated as a World Heritage because it shows Baekje¡¯s advanced metalworking skills and the close relationship between Baekje and Japan. I hope to see Chiljido in person someday.
