Today, we learned about Baekbeom Kim Koo. He wsa a gerat person who tried very hard and has thorwn all he's life to get the comlete indipendence of Korea. But he never lived to see it done. I admire him. He was too great a person in Korean history. If he haven't died by that soldier, there would not have been the divided country, and there wouldn't have been the war. So, I can lead it into a conclusion that killing him didn't mean killing 'him' but also a lot of soldiers who died there and has broken a lot of hearts. However, he tried really hard to achieve his goal, and that's what we should learn about him. In the difficult situation, we must work hard, not for oneself, but for all the other people in thier group, which can an oragnization, or perhaps nation. In short, we have to work for a greater good, as he did in his whole life. |
