Hello,my name is Lee Jin Sol. Today I go to 반기문 class. I 'll tell you about 창경궁. Originally, king 성종 built 창경궁 palace for his mother and grandmother. This palace was burned down during the Japanese Invasion of 1592 and was rebuilt in 1616 by king 광해군. 창경궁 palace has some sad stories. First Lady Jang, the mother of 연산군 was killled here. Second, Crown Prince Sado,the father of 정조 was put to death in a rice chest. Finally, Japan changed it into a zoo. |
